Christian Nagel is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Visual Studio and Development Technologies, and has been a Microsoft Regional Director for over 15 years. He is the founder of CN innovation, which offers coaching, training, code reviews, and assistance with architecting and developing solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Christian has more than 25 years of experience in software development. He started his computing career at Digital Equipment Corporation, working with PDP 11 and VAX/VMS systems. Since 2000, he has worked with various technologies, including .NET, to build solutions. Currently, he coaches people on developing and architecting solutions based on .NET and Microsoft Azure, including Windows apps, ASP.NET Core, and .NET MAUI. A major part of his work is helping companies migrate their solutions to Microsoft Azure.Even after many years of software development, Christian continues to love learning and using new technologies, as well as teaching others how to utilize them. With his extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, he has authored numerous books and earned certifications as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Azure Developer, DevOps Engineer, and Certified Solution Developer. He also speaks at international conferences such as Microsoft Ignite, BASTA!, and TechDays, sharing his expertise with the world.
