August Lilleaas has been building web apps, user interfaces, and real-time systems since 2004 and mobile apps since the app stores opened in the late 2000s. After picking up Clojure in 2012, he left the frameworks and ORMs behind and started to build web apps from scratch and has shipped to
production using Clojure, Groovy, Node.js, Elixir, and Kotlin.
He has worked as a consultant for a decade and is now an independent contractor and startup founder.
